Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics operations in Ngoro, East Java. As a key player in our manufacturing and distribution network, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our inventory—from receiving raw materials to the seamless delivery of finished goods. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional capable of optimizing warehouse efficiency, ensuring strict safety compliance, and leading a high-performing team to meet our production and shipping targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, manage, and monitor all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of goods.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage layouts to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and safety standards are met.
- Implement and maintain rigorous inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and shrinkage.
- Coordinate closely with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely shipping and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols throughout the facility.
- Generate regular performance reports regarding warehouse throughput, labor productivity, and operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in warehouse management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse warehouse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex supply chain challenges.
- Deep understanding of safety regulations, ISO standards, and quality control processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle tight operational deadlines.
