Innoware Indonesia is looking for a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team in Legok, Banten. We are committed to maintaining a well-structured warehouse environment and fostering a culture of strong teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of our warehouse, ensuring the seamless flow of goods, and optimizing our logistics processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse facility.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics partners to optimize delivery schedules and reduce lead times.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and improve warehouse efficiency and layout.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to stock movements and operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks as required.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English communication skills.
