Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution activities
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies
- Develop and enforce safety/security protocols to prevent workplace accidents and theft
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and compliance
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless transportation and delivery scheduling
- Prepare performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience in international operations
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control methods
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multicultural teams
- Expertise in implementing safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Advanced problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Experience in budgeting and cost reduction strategies
- Physical ability to navigate warehouse environments and perform occasional lifting
