Glowies Beauty is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to lead our logistics operations in Cimahi. This critical role will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, team leadership, and compliance with safety protocols. You'll be instrumental in optimizing storage systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate stock records to support our fast-growing beauty supply chain.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of beauty products
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery and transportation planning
- Conduct regular warehouse audits and process improvement initiatives
- Train and develop warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Proven track record in inventory control and logistics operations
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of beauty industry supply chain operations is a plus
