Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain 100% stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and thorough inventory audits.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure compliance with safety and handling protocols.
- Execute systematic stock record-keeping using modern ERP or WMS software.
- Monitor and enforce warehouse health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.
- Generate and analyze daily or weekly inventory reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Deep understanding of safety protocols and warehouse operational standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead small teams.
