Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and standards throughout all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections on incoming goods, stored inventory, and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Identify non-conformities, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate risks and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, records, and reports, ensuring traceability and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Collaborate with warehouse management, logistics, and other departments to integrate quality processes and foster a company-wide culture of quality.
- Provide training and guidance to warehouse personnel on quality procedures, best practices, and the proper handling of materials and products.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall product quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all quality management activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance roles within a warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant standards, particularly ISO 9001:2015.
- Proven ability to conduct audits, analyze data, identify discrepancies, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
