We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kendal. In this role, you will be integral to our supply chain operations, specifically focusing on Finished Goods (FG) management, Returnable Material Process Management (RMPM), and general warehouse logistics.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing finished goods (FG) accurately.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently according to safety protocols.
- Manage Returnable Material Process Management (RMPM) to ensure proper tracking and return of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and SOPs.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate timely loading and unloading of goods.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) education or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator License (SIM A or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse safety procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced, sometimes heavy-lifting environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
