Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of operational requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute accurate stock reporting to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and warehouse standards to ensure an efficient and safe working environment.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports for management review.
- Troubleshoot logistics issues and provide timely solutions to keep the supply chain running smoothly.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English or Indonesian is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural team environment.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professional accountability.
