Linc Group is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operation Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and drive efficiency in daily logistics activities. As a key operational leader, you will oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to evaluate operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions to optimize productivity and reduce costs. This role requires hands-on leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain accurate inventory records, and streamline processes to meet business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Analyze operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety procedures and operational standards
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and sales departments for seamless operations
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities
- Monitor budget performance and cost control measures for warehouse operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
- Leadership experience with proven ability to manage teams and develop staff
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
