PT Jimshoney Indonesia Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Warehouse Operational Head to oversee our distribution center and marketplace operations in Bekasi. As a leader in the industry, we pride ourselves on efficient supply chain management and rapid order fulfillment.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that our inventory management is seamless, order processing is error-free, and our marketplace performance remains top-tier. You will lead a high-performing team to maintain operational excellence, optimize warehouse layout, and implement robust inventory control protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute warehouse operation strategies to maximize efficiency and service levels.
- Manage end-to-end marketplace logistics, including inbound receipt, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Maintain 99.9% inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and optimize stock levels for seasonal promotions.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage systems to reduce operational costs.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in logistics processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software.
- Proven ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data and operational metrics.
- Deep knowledge of supply chain best practices and safety/compliance regulations.
- Residing in or willing to work in the Bekasi area.
