Sinocare Healthcare Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our growing team in Periuk, Banten. As a key player in our supply chain, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of our medical equipment and healthcare products. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence by ensuring that every shipment is accurate, timely, and compliant with our strict operational standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain 100% stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Manage end-to-end in-bound and out-bound processes, including picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety protocols.
- Monitor warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and accessibility.
- Handle documentation and reporting for all stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Lead warehouse staff and ensure proper handling of all medical products to prevent damage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams effectively.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required by warehouse duties.
