Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure accurate and timely inventory flow.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for expatriate managers to facilitate operational directives.
- Monitor stock levels, warehouse cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations (K3).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for internal stakeholders.
- Manage administrative documentation related to incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport departments to minimize bottlenecks in the supply chain.
- Implement operational process improvements to increase overall warehouse productivity.
- Bridge communication gaps between local field teams and senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or industrial support roles.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective expatriate coordination.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and safety protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume facility.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta Utara.
