Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operations & Systems Coordinator at PT Hadir Mengharumkan Nusantara, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our warehouse operations and implementing cutting-edge systems solutions. In this position, you'll be at the forefront of process improvement, developing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that enhance efficiency and productivity across our logistics network. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including inventory management, logistics, and IT to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.
Your expertise will directly contribute to building a more efficient, data-driven warehouse operation that meets the growing demands of our manufacturing and distribution processes. You'll be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions, and continuously monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Support the adoption and implementation of warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Train warehouse staff on new systems and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department for system maintenance and upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and technologies
- Experience developing and implementing SOPs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
