PT Komar Cosmetics Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse PIC (Beauty Industry) to manage our logistics and storage operations in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of our warehouse, ensuring that our beauty product inventory is managed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. We rely on robust systems like Jubelio and Easy Boss to handle our daily operations, and you will be the expert ensuring these tools are utilized to their full potential to maintain stock accuracy.
Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, coordinating with other departments to meet production deadlines, and maintaining a high standard of safety and organization within the facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations using Jubelio and Easy Boss applications to ensure data accuracy.
- Perform regular stock checks and reconcile inventory reports to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for the efficient handling of inbound and outbound goods.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Report any stock shortages, damages, or operational issues to management immediately.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and tracking of beauty industry products.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and storage systems for better efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the Beauty or FMCG Industry.
- Proficient in using Jubelio and Easy Boss software for inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-oriented, and high-pressure environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Available to work full-time.
