Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking of products based on warehouse digital pick lists.
- Inspect received goods for quality, quantity, and potential damages upon arrival.
- Pack and label items securely to ensure they arrive at retail stores in perfect condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure workplace safety.
- Prepare outbound shipments and assist in loading trucks for efficient delivery.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail stock environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays if necessary.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Karawang Timur, Jawa Barat.
