Join our dynamic team as Warehouse & Production Control Manager and spearhead the backbone of our manufacturing operations. You will drive efficiency in our facility by implementing robust inventory control systems, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments and warehouse management
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and improve turnover rates
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align operational targets
- Lead warehouse and production staff through performance management and training initiatives
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OHS regulations
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and production management roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Certified in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
