Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage shift transitions to ensure 24/7 service continuity.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily productivity and performance KPIs.
- Ensure all warehouse processes align with established SOPs, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions in real-time to maintain throughput.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and customer service, to resolve shipping issues promptly.
- Prepare shift reports detailing performance metrics, incident summaries, and team attendance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar supply chain role.
- Proven leadership experience managing a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is a plus.
