Join Indofood's dynamic manufacturing team as a Warehouse Spare Parts Stockkeeper in Cikupa, Banten. This critical role ensures seamless production operations by managing the entire lifecycle of spare parts inventory. You'll collaborate with the Spare Parts Section Head to optimize stock levels, streamline receiving processes, and maintain accurate inventory records in our state-of-the-art facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Spare Parts Section Head in receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming spare parts shipments
- Organize and store inventory systematically in warehouse racks using FIFO/LIFO methods
- Analyze spare parts usage patterns and forecast requirements for optimal stock levels
- Coordinate and dispatch spare parts to production departments with precision timing
- Maintain real-time inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Implement warehouse safety protocols and maintain clean storage conditions
- Collaborate with procurement team on reorder points and supplier performance
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent in logistics/warehouse management
- Minimum 2 years experience in spare parts inventory control
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills for demand forecasting and stock optimization
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Physical ability to handle warehouse environment and lifting requirements
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components in industrial settings
- Valid forklift operation certification preferred
