Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and updates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company health and safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand pallet jacks and scanners efficiently.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good physical stamina to handle manual lifting and warehouse movement tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Discipline, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward work.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
