Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and shelving incoming goods.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and participate in regular stock audits.
- Prepare, pick, and pack orders for distribution with high attention to detail.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items regularly.
- Proficient in operating warehouse machinery (forklift certification is a plus).
- Strong numerical and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willing to work on shifts and available for overtime as required.
