PT Profluid is a dynamic and growing company currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Staff to join our team in Pandeglang, Banten. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse inventory processes.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the supply chain by ensuring that all incoming goods are accurately accounted for, inspected for quality, and correctly stored. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive incoming shipments from suppliers and internal branches with high accuracy.
- Conduct thorough physical inspections of goods to ensure quality and quantity match purchase orders.
- Maintain systematic and organized records of all received inventory.
- Perform daily warehouse cycle counts and assist in stock-taking activities.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse area is kept clean, safe, and compliant with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the preparation of outgoing goods for distribution or local delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in cargo shipments.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory data entry.
- Good physical stamina for handling goods and warehouse equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pandeglang, Banten.
- Disciplined, honest, and reliable in meeting operational deadlines.
