As a Warehouse Staff, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for maximizing storage efficiency, managing packaging material inventory, and ensuring that all goods are systematically recorded and stored according to safety and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage layouts to ensure maximum capacity.
- Manage the systematic storage and organization of packaging materials and raw ingredients.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments following company quality control protocols.
- Execute picking, packing, and staging of materials to support production schedules.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OHS standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely material movement.
- Prepare daily reports on inventory levels and material consumption status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track material flow accurately.
- Proficient in basic inventory record-keeping and data entry.
- Good physical stamina for lifting and moving warehouse goods.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time capacity with a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing or food production setting.
- Discipline, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility are highly valued.
