Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, including accurate recording, stock tracking, and regular stock takes.
- Coordinate with the sales department to support fulfillment requirements and business strategy implementation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental policies within the warehouse facility.
- Perform meticulous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Manage warehouse documentation and maintain updated digital records in the system.
- Optimize storage space and warehouse layout for improved operational workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift/move goods as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet strict deadlines.
