In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that all inventory movements are accurate, timely, and organized.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily warehouse activities including loading, unloading, and organizing goods according to company standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory management protocols to ensure stock freshness and accuracy.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure all goods are stored safely and logically to optimize warehouse space and accessibility.
- Prepare shipments for distribution by accurately picking and packing items per order specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and understanding of FIFO methodology.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items as required by warehouse tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and ability to work in a target-driven team.
- Familiarity with basic safety protocols and workplace health regulations.
