Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate daily receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Organize and optimize warehouse layout to ensure efficient retrieval and space utilization.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments while ensuring the safety of all products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflow processes and improve turnaround times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and moving items.
- Basic understanding of inventory software and computer literacy is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to operational accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
