Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming consignment products according to company standards
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones using FIFO principles
- Prepare consignment orders for shipment with accurate labeling and documentation
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse manager
- Maintain clean and safe working conditions in compliance with OHS regulations
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) after proper certification
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely product distribution
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 25kg and work in varying warehouse conditions
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
