Join Brexa Indonesia as a Warehouse Staff (Japanese Speaker) and play a crucial role in our logistics operations. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can bridge the communication gap between our Japanese management and local operations. Your primary focus will be ensuring accurate stock control, managing inventory flows, and maintaining strict FIFO/FEFO standards.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong command of Japanese, particularly those holding JLPT N3 to N1 certifications. You will work in a dynamic environment, coordinating shipments and ensuring all warehouse procedures align with Japanese quality standards. By combining your technical warehouse skills with your language abilities, you will ensure that our inventory processes are seamless and efficient. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure a smooth, organized workflow.
- Perform stock control tasks, including inventory counting and record maintenance.
- Ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) inventory management standards.
- Communicate clearly with Japanese supervisors and colleagues to clarify instructions and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and quantity accuracy.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Japanese, with JLPT N3 to N1 certification preferred.
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems.
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment.
