Mosaic Solusi Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Staff with proficiency in Mandarin to join our dynamic operations team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between warehouse management and our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring seamless logistics, accurate inventory tracking, and efficient supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of warehouse workflows, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of operational excellence while fostering effective communication across diverse teams.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Act as the primary point of contact and translator for Mandarin-speaking management and partners regarding logistical updates.
- Maintain precise inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational protocols within the warehouse.
- Monitor and report on warehouse productivity metrics to the operations manager.
- Collaborate with local and international teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Manage documentation and reporting, ensuring all records are maintained accurately in both Mandarin and Indonesian/English.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 4 or equivalent) is strictly required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang, Banten.
