Beyond standard logistics duties, you will serve as a vital cultural and linguistic bridge between our expatriate management team and local staff, ensuring clear communication and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure discrepancy-free reporting.
- Facilitate effective communication between expatriate management and local personnel by acting as a primary translator.
- Oversee the preparation, packaging, and documentation of outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Coordinate with production teams to align material requirements with warehouse stock levels.
- Prepare periodic performance and inventory reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge communication gaps in a multicultural team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for inventory tracking.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
