Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse receiving processes, including incoming shipments and storage allocation.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure quality standards and quantity accuracy.
- Proactively identify, report, and resolve inventory discrepancies or operational anomalies.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders using Mandarin language proficiency to ensure workflow alignment.
- Supervise storage areas to maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational order.
- Document all stock movements and updates accurately in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline receiving and inventory control processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory to facilitate communication with regional partners.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset for handling warehouse anomalies.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and warehouse management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat.
