Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily and weekly inventory reports and communicate findings directly to management.
- Oversee the entire packing process to ensure orders are prepared securely and reach customers in excellent condition.
- Coordinate with procurement and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and inventory organization.
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies against digital records.
- Supervise junior warehouse staff and optimize workflow processes to increase efficiency.
- Handle incoming goods inspections and ensure all items are stored correctly in their designated areas.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or inventory management role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) for daily reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize workflows systematically.
- Physical stamina to handle warehouse tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage small teams effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
- Reside in or willing to commute to the Tangerang area.
