Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to maintain high accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations within the facility.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to meet delivery schedules and operational demands.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activity, inventory levels, and team performance for management.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of inventory control, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Willingness to work in Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah.
