Kalbe Pharma is seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our logistics operations in Jakarta Pusat. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of warehouse personnel, oversee inventory accuracy, and optimize workflows to meet the fast-paced demands of the pharmaceutical sector. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and ensuring that our facility operates at peak productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure daily operations meet performance targets.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of pharmaceutical goods.
- Manage inventory levels through accurate cycle counting and systematic stock tracking to minimize discrepancies.
- Enforce strict compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout to improve storage efficiency and retrieval speed.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to align warehouse activities with organizational goals.
- Generate regular operational reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and team productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Proven knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is highly desirable.
