Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and effective warehouse management system (WMS) utilization.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards across all warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- Optimize warehouse layout to improve picking efficiency and storage capacity.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational KPIs, inventory levels, and team performance for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Deep understanding of safety protocols and compliance in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight delivery deadlines.
