Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet production targets.
- Manage end-to-end inventory control, ensuring 100% stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Enforce and maintain strict compliance with ISO 22000 food safety and quality management standards.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely loading, unloading, and distribution of goods.
- Develop and mentor warehouse personnel to improve productivity, safety awareness, and team performance.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization and storage efficiency.
- Prepare detailed operational reports regarding stock levels, operational bottlenecks, and team performance metrics for senior management.
- Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident warehouse environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in warehouse supervision or supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control methodologies.
- Proven knowledge of ISO 22000 standards and quality assurance procedures.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment as required by business demands.
