PT Karya Nuansa Bahagia is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Serpong. This is a pivotal role for a professional looking to make a significant impact, as you will be responsible for leading the development of our ERP-driven warehouse management system from the ground up.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the warehouse team to ensure operational targets and KPIs are met.
- Spearhead the implementation and optimization of an ERP-driven warehouse management system (WMS).
- Manage end-to-end inventory control, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconciliation to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to manage material flow and prevent stockouts.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse safety and cleanliness, adhering to all workplace health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record in implementing or managing ERP-based warehouse systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse warehouse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and deep understanding of inventory tracking software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
