Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and strict stock management procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and warehouse SOPs.
- Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal production teams to meet delivery deadlines.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Deep understanding of inventory control methods, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse safety protocols.
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team and handle conflict resolution effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts if required by operational demands.
