Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Lead inventory management systems and conduct regular stock opname (physical counts)
- Coordinate invoice processing and reconcile discrepancies with accounting department
- Supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with company regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and stock opname procedures
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for logistical challenges
- Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management software
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
