Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments effectively.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management review.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a diverse team.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory control practices and safety regulations (K3).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by operational demands.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
