Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations and productivity targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, hazard identification, and risk mitigation procedures
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution processes to maintain inventory accuracy
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to warehouse personnel
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum space utilization and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Proven ability to lead teams and foster a positive work environment
- Expertise in safety regulations and workplace hazard management
