In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain excellence. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory accuracy, safety protocols, and productivity targets are met consistently. We are looking for a natural leader who is not only comfortable navigating complex logistics workflows but is also highly proficient in Excel for data-driven decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet KPI targets.
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure 100% accuracy in stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring timely processing of orders.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards across all warehouse facilities.
- Analyze operational data using MS Excel to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution departments to optimize the supply chain workflow.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies to management with actionable solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) is a strict requirement.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
