Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervision experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Proven expertise in inventory management systems and stocktaking procedures
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for operational troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures
