Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Manage and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and professional growth.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations (K3) and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large team effectively.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Deep understanding of stock control procedures, safety protocols, and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts and be based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
