Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead, train, coach, and evaluate a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a secure and compliant operation.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and effective use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Coordinate closely with other departments such as transportation, customer service, and procurement to optimize workflow and meet customer demands.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve service quality.
- Handle escalated issues and resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
