Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for operational excellence? Star Sparta Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our Sidoarjo facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading a high-performing team to meet our distribution targets.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our supply chain processes. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is familiar with the intricacies of Sparepart, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical distribution sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute regular cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy in stock records.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) or standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Prepare regular operational reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and shipment metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in warehouse management, specifically within Sparepart, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven leadership experience in managing diverse warehouse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel).
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety standards, best practices in logistics, and distribution workflow management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Willingness to be based in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
