Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a warehouse team to ensure productivity targets are met safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and meticulous documentation.
- Coordinate with international stakeholders and local teams to manage logistics workflows effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety standards within the facility.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and operational workflows to reduce bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and shipment updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for international communication.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
- Willingness to be based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
