Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Manage and develop warehouse staff through training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Implement inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize losses
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and safety compliance
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports and documentation
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record in inventory control and logistics coordination
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
