Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Manage and train warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems and safety procedures
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams for seamless operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance productivity
- Conduct regular stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of inventory control and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
