Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and outbound shipping processes.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the warehouse team to ensure productivity goals and high performance standards are met.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain 99%+ accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols across the warehouse facility.
- Manage load planning and ensure timely dispatch of goods to customers and branches.
- Analyze operational reports to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain warehouse facility standards, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proven expertise in supply chain management, inventory systems, and logistics software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Deep understanding of warehouse safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, and inventory management systems (WMS).
- Willingness to be based in Kendari and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
