Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, staff scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and timely stock replenishment to meet demand.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by enforcing strict safety protocols.
- Act as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking suppliers and clients.
- Conduct regular audits and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance team productivity and morale.
- Coordinate logistics activities including receiving, storage, and dispatching.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervision or similar leadership role.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license is a plus.
